Rumassala old story
There are many mysteries stories about in the place. Many rare herbs have been found in around Rumassala. Therefore, folklore states that it is a part of the Himalayas. Rama sent Hanuma back to the Himalayas and they want to medicine because Rama Ravana War. But Hanuma fought those drugs. Then he removed part of Himalayas. And then Hanuma bringing to Sri Lanka. That part is Rumassala mountain. Furthermore srishis and scholars lived in Rumassala mountain. Several caves in which they lived have also been found. But these have already been destroyed by stone breakers. Arthur C.Clarke said Rumassala is part of a meteotite. Rumassala is alos the place with the highest gravi tational force in the Sri Lanka.
The reason why tourists come here nowadays
Rumassala have soo beautiful beach. Nowaday lot of local tourists and foreign tourists are come Rumassala. Many tourists come to see Japanese Sama dagoba, Rumassala beach and Rumassala mountain. Because nowadays this area is very densely populated.
How to find the location
Boundary belonging to Galle district. Any person come to Galle and then meet to Rumassala on the way to Unawatuna. The main road turns in to Aslightly smaller inland. Then we meet Rmassala carpark Traveling one kilometer [ 1km ]. Then we have to travel to Rumassala Jungle beach in the middle of the forest. People can go to two beaches along tow forest paths for fun.

My experience in Rumassala
Before writing this article I was going to Rumassala and know a little bit about when I went there. I went to this place about two hours away from Colombo with the help of google map. Enjoying the tranquil environment with the diversion from the main road. I drove 1km to Rumassala carpark. Since then I went to Jungle beach with the help of very friendly people. Then I saw very beautiful beach. I photographed
at that place. I spent about three hours there. If you are going to the area go before 9.00 a.m. Rumassala was very beautiful at that time. Then go along the jungle road to the second beach and bathe in the sea there. Then i went to a nearby house and bathed in clean water and gave them small sum of money. After that i went to Japanese Sama Dagoba. Then I came Back home. I wont to say bit is important that everyone come to visit this place at least once. Rumassala is one of the most important and popular tourist destination in Sri Lanka.
